McKesson Lofts exteriorThe $6.5 million McKesson Lofts, located at 100 19th St., is now complete. In total, 22 condominiums were created on the second and third floors, and 12,000 square feet of commercial space was developed on the first floor. The basement is used for parking for the owners. Formerly a warehouse built in 1914, this 60,000 sq. ft. structure has been completely revamped and given new life. After sitting vacant for numerous years, Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH) agreed to take on the challenge of redeveloping this key downtown property.

Parkingcondo interior for residential is provided in the lower level and the city parking lot on 19th St., and parking for commercial is provided in the city lot.
